Right to Erasure

Under Art. 17 GDPR you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. Enter the email address you used to register with catknows.

After email confirmation, the following will be permanently deleted:

• Your CatKnows account (email, password hash) and all server-side session tokens — you will be signed out on every device
• Every team where you are the Skool community owner, including all member, post, comment, like, profile, chat, event, course, outreach, content and analytics records scoped to that community
• Your memberships in any other teams
• Your saved AI chat sessions and the messages inside them
• Pending or finished action-queue entries you authored
• License records, device activations, AI usage logs, community grants and ownership, and bug reports
• Audit logs and diagnostic logs (audit_log, debug_log, skool_raw_log) will be pseudonymized — rows are kept for security auditing but personal identifiers are removed
